Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect to lead Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements. You will run discovery sessions and translate needs into technical designs across Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Data Cloud.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience including implementation, configuration, and custom development.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.

Job Description

• Work as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.
• Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing CLoud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud and Intelligence
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions.
• Client Engagement:
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with client expectations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
• Technical Expertise:
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization
• Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems via APIs.
• Client Focus:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements effectively.
• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant,Marketing Cloud Personalization...).
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
