Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering leader to define and drive the organization's QA strategy. You will establish standards, promote Shift Left practices, and act as the technical reference for software quality across Web, API, and Mobile platforms.

The role requires guiding teams, shaping quality culture, and advancing metrics-driven quality maturity in a product‑oriented environment. Leadership in agile settings is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required.
• MBA in Technology is preferred.
• Proven experience in Software Quality and Quality Engineering is required.
• Experience leading teams, chapters, or QA/QE communities of practice.
• Experience in agile environments and product-oriented organizations is required.
• Track record of implementing test automation at scale.
• Experience driving cultural transformation related to quality.
