Jobtailor is seeking a QA Engineer to test and validate deliveries across development and production projects in Belo Horizonte. You will design test plans, build automation scripts, and ensure data integrity through SQL validation and API testing.

The role involves validating AI solutions and incorporating QA in CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate has practical QA experience, Python development skills, and familiarity with Selenium or Playwright, Postman/Insomnia, and Git within an Agile

Qualificações

• Experience creating QA test scenarios and validating tools in production.
• Proficient in Python to build scripts and small validation projects.
• Experience with test automation tools: Selenium or Playwright.
• Intermediate SQL for data queries and validation in relational structures.
• API testing experience with Postman, Insomnia, or equivalents.
• Daily use of Git for version control.
• Knowledge of QA best practices: traceability, bug management, and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate deliveries: work on projects in development and production, verifying they meet the specifications and building tools, scripts, and continuous monitoring routines.
• Structure test plans: define scenarios, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and quality documentation for heterogeneous solutions.
• Test automation: build and maintain automated scripts for web applications, APIs, and internal and external integrations.
• Database testing: validate integrity, synchronization between tables, and data consistency in critical routines.
• Validation of AI solutions: assess the behavior of conversational systems and AI‑based agents, using criteria adapted to the non‑deterministic nature of these solutions.
• QAOps / CI/CD: include automated validations in the deployment pipeline to ensure continuous quality.
• Reporting and traceability: record bugs, root causes, regression history, and work with the technical team to anticipate problems.

Requirements

• Practical experience in QA, with test scenarios and validation tools already applied in production.
• Python development for building scripts, tools, and small validation projects.
• Test automation with at least one tool: Selenium or Playwright.
• Intermediate SQL — creating queries, validating data, and working with relational structures.
• API testing with Postman, Insomnia, or equivalents.
• Version control with Git in daily use.
