AB InBev BEES is seeking a technical leader to coordinate mobile and backend teams, delivering world-class software for our B2B platform. You will steer Android/Kotlin and Java projects, ensure on-time delivery, and advocate for engineering quality across product and design.

The role requires a university degree in computing, experience with RESTful services, microservices, and Agile/Scrum, plus strong OO design and English communication, with a focus on mentoring and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Follow best development practices to achieve continuous improvement.
• Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals.
• Support developers' career growth through regular feedback and 1:1 meetings.

What you'll need:

• University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
• Previous experience leading development teams;
• Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving;
• Experience with backend (Java) and/or mobile (Android/Kotlin) development;
• Experience with RESTful services and micro-services;
• Advanced knowledge in design patterns and development best practices;
• Knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation);
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Experience with Agile projects and Scrum methodology.
