AB InBev in Campinas, Brazil, seeks a senior project leader to guide cross-functional agile teams delivering BEES technology solutions. You will remove impediments, manage scope and changes, and ensure alignment of engineering and product roadmaps to achieve fast, reliable delivery.

You will drive risk mitigation, track KPIs, and foster Lean practices with a data-driven mindset while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualificações

• University degree in computing-related fields preferred but not required (MBA/Master’s is a plus).
• Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
• Proven experience with Agile projects and project management methodologies.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.

• Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions.
• Identify and remove impediments/distractions that hinder the team’s commitments.
• Scope Management.
• Change Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and resource allocation capabilities.
• Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product.
• Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans.
• Implement, generate, and govern project metrics and KPIs; drive data-driven improvements.
• Lead Lean and data-driven inspect-and-adapt cycles (retrospectives).
• Escalate problems to leadership and drive world-class solutions.

• Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans
• Implement, generate, and govern project metrics and KPIs to track team performance, delivery velocity, and quality outcomes; continuously refine measurement frameworks to drive data-driven improvements
• Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
• Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions

We are looking for people with:

• University degree in computing-related fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development is preferred but not required (MBA/Master’s is a plus)
• Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
• Proven experience with Agile projects and project management methodologies
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment.
