BEES, AB InBev’s B2B platform, seeks a backend engineer. You will design, build, and maintain scalable Java services and REST APIs, contributing to a distributed microservices ecosystem. You’ll enhance observability, collaborate across teams, and participate in CI/CD and cloud-native deployments.

You should have solid Java backend experience, Spring Framework skills, and a good grasp of design patterns, testing, and Agile practices. English communication is valued for global collaboration.

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
• Solid backend development experience with Java.
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience developing and scaling high-throughput distributed applications.
• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog).
• Experience with DevOps and cloud-native tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC.
• Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and best practices.
• Experience with testing concepts (unit, integration, regression, stress, test automation).
• Intermediate English communication skills.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot;

We are looking for people with:

• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring MVC;
• Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices;
• Experience with software testing concepts, including unit, integration, regression, stress, and test automation;
• Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
