AB InBev BEES is seeking a senior software engineering leader in Campinas to drive technical decisions, design robust solutions, and lead a fast-paced, hybrid development team. You will shape architecture, mentor peers, and collaborate with the Solution Architect to align with business goals.

The role emphasizes Java/Spring and Python, microservices, and DevOps practices, with a focus on delivering scalable B2B commerce capabilities for retailers and partners.

Qualificações

• Experience with software, systems and infrastructure architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of Java, Spring and Python.
• Experience with microservices architecture and patterns.
• Experience with micro-frontends pattern and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker and Test Automation.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban and leading technical discussions.
• Experience deploying systems into production in a high-growth environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• English - advanced level.

• Experience in leading the deployment of systems into production
• Experience in a high-paced, high-growth environment working with deadlines and milestones
• Comfortable with ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done
• Excellent time management skills
• Have a solid understanding of clean software design principles
• Good active listening skills, the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders
