Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience with at least 2 years of software development.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Development: Design, develop, test, maintain, and evolve secure and reliable software solutions for the Control Center platform.
• Security Capabilities: Contribute to authentication, authorization, audit logging and other security-related capabilities.
• Backend & Web Applications: Build and maintain backend services and web apps using modern engineering practices and microservice architectures.
• Technical Collaboration: Translate customer and business needs into technical solutions with product managers and designers.
• Architecture & Design: Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and platform evolution decisions.
• Production Reliability: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Quality & Maintainability: Write clean, well-tested code with best practices.
• Observability & Performance: Monitor health and improve application performance and security.
• CI/CD & Automation: Support CI/CD pipelines and automation across the lifecycle.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer, CDX Platform based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and evolution of a critical corporate web platform used by clients to manage and configure their products. You will build secure, scalable, and reliable capabilities across areas such as authentication, authorization, audit logging, and approval workflows. Working alongside engineers, product managers, and designers, you will help deliver high-quality, customer-focused experiences. The position combines hands-on software development with architecture, technical design, observability, and production support. You will contribute to modern engineering practices across cloud infrastructure, microservices, CI/CD, and automation. As part of a collaborative Agile environment, you will have meaningful ownership over solutions that require strong reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Accountabilities

• Platform Development: Design, develop, test, maintain, and evolve secure and reliable software solutions for the Control Center platform.
• Security Capabilities: Contribute to foundational platform services including authentication, authorization, audit logging, dual-approval workflows, and other security-related capabilities.
• Backend & Web Applications: Build and maintain backend services and web applications using modern software engineering practices, APIs, and microservice architectures.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate customer and business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Architecture & Design: Participate in architecture discussions, technical design activities, code reviews, and decisions that shape the evolution of the platform.
• Production Reliability: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining high standards for availability, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Quality & Maintainability: Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code while applying sound engineering principles, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Observability & Performance: Monitor system health and contribute to improvements in application performance, observability, security, scalability, and developer experience.
• CI/CD & Automation: Support continuous integration and deployment processes and promote automation throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, technical estimations, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document technical solutions and share knowledge with team members to strengthen engineering practices and collaboration.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, equivalent practical experience, or at least 2 years of software development experience.
• Programming: Professional experience with Golang and/or React, with the ability to develop and maintain production-quality software.
• APIs & Microservices: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservice-based architectures.
• Cloud & AWS: Understanding of AWS services such as SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge, along with distributed systems concepts.
• Databases: Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, Aurora, CockroachDB, DynamoDB, and MongoDB.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Git, version control workflows, and Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Observability: Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions such as Grafana.
• Security: Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Architecture: Understanding of microservices and micro frontend architectures, as well as software engineering principles, object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Production Support: Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting backend services and/or web applications in production environments, with a focus on performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Agile: Experience working within Agile development methodologies and collaborative software delivery environments.
• Communication: Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ownership & Adaptability: Demonstrated accountability for deliverables, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, and attention to quality and detail.
• Customer Focus: Ability to balance technical excellence with business needs and maintain a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• English: B2 level or above (Upper-Intermediate), with the ability to collaborate effectively in English-speaking environments.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil. The position is fully remote, although occasional attendance at an office may be requested with advance notice.
