Jobgether in Brazil seeks an experienced Analista de Desenvolvimento de Software to help build scalable backend services for millions of users. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, write clean code with Java 17+, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design robust solutions.

Qualificações

• Proven backend experience in multidisciplinary or agile tech teams.
• Strong OO programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on with Java 17+.
• Experience developing applications with Spring Framework.
• Practical knowledge of designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with SOLID, design patterns, automated testing, and code reviews.

You will participate across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation through deployment and operation. Accountabilities

• Work as a Software Engineer within a multidisciplinary team, actively contributing to technical discussions, solution proposals, planning, and decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain back-end applications throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception and implementation through deployment and operation.
• Serve as a technical reference for the team, providing guidance on complex technical questions and helping resolve critical issues and development blockers.
• Apply object‑oriented programming principles, SOLID principles, and established Design Patterns when implementing, testing, and maintaining software solutions.
• Design and develop scalable solutions capable of supporting millions of users while maintaining reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Analyze and respond effectively to requests from Business, Product, and other stakeholder teams, translating needs into appropriate technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of software deliveries through appropriate testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving development standards across the team.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date technical documentation for services and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for technical, architectural, and performance improvements and contribute to their implementation.
• Share technical knowledge with colleagues and support the ongoing development of the wider engineering team.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software development, particularly in back‑end engineering within multidisciplinary or agile technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with Java 17+.
• Experience developing applications using the Spring Framework.
• Practical knowledge of designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, with a solid understanding of data persistence concepts.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and the principles involved in building distributed applications.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles, Design Patterns, automated testing, code reviews, and maintainable software development practices.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and troubleshoot complex technical challenges effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to understand business and product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
