Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead AI-based solutions, including LLM-driven projects. You will define scalable, secure cloud architectures and set technical guidelines for cross-functional teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural governance, evaluate technologies, and ensure performance and cost efficiency across data pipelines, AI models, and production deployments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience as a software architect or technical lead.
• Involvement in AI, machine learning, or data-intensive projects.
• Experience defining distributed and cloud-based architectures.
• Knowledge of generative AI and LLMs (NLP, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning).
• Familiarity with data pipelines, MLOps, and model lifecycle.
• Security, privacy, and governance of data and models.
• Performance evaluation (latency, cost, scalability) in AI solutions.
• Clear communication and ability to influence across audiences.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
• Autonomy and change management.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the definition and evolution of software architecture for AI solutions, including LLMs.
• Design scalable, resilient architectures with high performance and availability.
• Define standards, guidelines, and technical practices for AI deployments.
• Serve as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams (engineering, data, AI, product).
• Support end-to-end solutions from data ingestion to intelligent production apps.
• Ensure architecture governance, quality, and guideline adherence.
• Evaluate and select technologies and architectures for AI and LLM ecosystems.
• Guide integrations with AI models (APIs, pipelines, services).
• Define strategies for scalability, cost, and performance.
• Promote security, privacy, and responsible AI use.
• Mentor developers and raise the team's technical maturity.

Requirements
