Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an AI/ML Engineer to develop and implement AI/ML models for core use cases, from data exploration to production deployment. You will collaborate with data and tech teams to deliver scalable solutions and document decisions for governance.

The role requires experience with GenAI frameworks, cloud environments, and MLOps, with strong English communication and a strong technical background.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
• Practical experience developing Machine Learning and/or AI models.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience with data cleaning and analysis.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs and practical applications.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Experience deploying models (MLOps).
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in related areas.

Responsabilidades

• Perform data preparation, cleaning and feature engineering for AI models.
• Support deployment and monitoring of models in production for performance and stability.
• Collaborate with tech and data teams to integrate solutions into scalable production environments.
• Document models, processes and technical decisions for traceability and governance.
• Contribute to AI best practices including MLOps, versioning and monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to use AI across business areas.
• Assist the team in prioritizing initiatives by feasibility and impact.
• Stay updated with new AI techniques and tools.
