Jobtailor is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML engineer to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI solutions. You will build architectures around LLMs and multi-agent systems, define orchestration strategies, and ensure efficient, cost-aware operation across distributed environments.

Responsibilities include integrating AI models into enterprise systems, solving complex tasks with multi-agent designs, and mitigating issues like hallucinations.

Qualificações

• Degree in CS, engineering, math, or related fields is required.
• Experience delivering ML/Gen AI in production environments.
• Experience integrating models into distributed systems.
• Familiar with LLMs and multi-agent architectures.
• Ability to design multi-agent systems for complex problems.
• Knowledge of context management, memory, retrieval, and cost optimization in LLM apps.
• Familiar with evaluating models and mitigating hallucinations and inaccuracies.
• Strong troubleshooting in distributed AI environments.
• Experience with deployment, observability, and monitoring of ML solutions.
