Job summary

AB InBev BEES is seeking a senior software engineer to lead technical discussions and drive the BEES platform's architecture across front-end and back-end services. You will mentor the team, set coding standards, and ensure robust production deployments.

You will collaborate with architecture and development teams, promoting best practices, code quality, and scalable solutions that impact millions of users globally.

Qualifications

• Experience with software architecture, cloud-native patterns, and scalable systems.
• Strong knowledge in Java, Spring, and Python.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience with microservices and micro-frontends.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and DevOps culture.
• Experience in deploying systems to production and leading technical discussions.
• Ability to lead the deployment process and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management and communication skills; English advanced.

• Azure Dev Ops, Kubernetes, Docker, Test Automation
• Experience with Scrum/Kanban
• Lead technical discussions
• Experience in leading the deployment of systems into production
• Experience in a high-paced, high-growth environment working with deadlines and milestones
• Comfortable with ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done
• Excellent time management skills
• Have a solid understanding of clean software design principles
• Good active listening skills, the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders
• English - advanced level
