Job summary

AB InBev BEES is seeking a backend engineer to contribute to the global product, focusing on Java backend, RESTful services, and microservices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature development, testing, and continuous delivery.

The role emphasizes strong design patterns, testing, and DevOps practices in a performance-driven environment with English communication across international teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in computing-related fields (CS/CE/IS)
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving
• Experience with backend with strong skills in Java
• Experience with RESTful services and micro-services
• Advanced knowledge with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC) or similar
• Advanced knowledge in design patterns and development best practices
• Advanced knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation)
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, etc.
• Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with Agile projects.
