EdgeUno isseeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic Community and Social Media Manager to build, engage, and grow our digital audience across social platforms and online communities. You will be the voice of our brand—responsible for planning and executing community engagement strategies, managing social media channels, creating compelling content, and fostering relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers. This role requires a balance of creativity, communication, and analytical thinking, as well as a passion for building meaningful connections in the tech and telecom space.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute social media and community strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop and publish engaging content across platforms, including text, images, and video.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with customers, advocates, and industry influencers to foster loyalty.
  • Brand Monitoring: Track online sentiment, respond to comments, and manage the company’s digital reputation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure performance, analyze engagement data, and report insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in social media management, online community building, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to create and manage content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or above required).
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling tools.
  • High attention to detail, a creative mindset, and ability to think critically.
  • Experience managing crises, online reputation, and customer engagement issues professionally.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced, startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing trends and digital engagement best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint essential).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Telecom, Hosting, or Data Center industries.
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social listening tools.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth tech company.
