You will supervise workers, coordinate with colleagues across departments, and liaise with clients and contractors to maintain smooth operations. • Assist Site Manager or Superior.
• Carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities and oversee workers.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain required quality.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth transition and minimize abortive works.
• Supervise subcontractor works and monitor progress against schedule.
• Prepare work areas and ensure adequate materials for execution.
• Coordinate with client’s supervisory staff on daily activities and inspections.
• Liaise with main contractor and other contractors for smooth operation.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance, evaluate progress and manpower.

Responsibilities

• To assist Site Manager or Superior
• To carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities including taking care of workers.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality.
• Coordinate between colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• To supervise subcon works and ensure subcontractor’s progress in accordance to schedule.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas to carry out the works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• To coordinate with client’s supervisory staffs on a day to day activities, inspections, etc.
• To liaise with Main-con and other contractors to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adhering to schedule.
