Careerwebsite seeks a Safety, Quality, Environment Manager for a mining project to develop and monitor the integrated SHEQ plan, while ensuring compliance with legal, internal, regulatory and contractual requirements.

The role includes training workers and subcontractors, maintaining required documents, and guaranteeing SHEQ reporting at project level. Fluency in English or French and mobility are required.

Qualificações

• Work experience in Safety Management in mining projects (mandatory).
• Fluent in English and/or French (spoken and written).
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP (preferential).
• Occupational Hygiene and safety technician trainer certificate (preferential).
• Communication effectiveness; Planning and Organization; Team work; Mobility availability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor the integrated Safety, Quality and Environment Plan (SHEQ).
• Ensure compliance with legal, internal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Guarantee training/information/awareness for workers and subcontractors and manage the related documents.
• Ensure SHEQ reporting at contractual and project level.

He/She will be in a mining project, responsable for develop and monitor the implementation of requirements associates to the integrated management system (Safety, Quality and Environment Plan); guarantee the compliance of legal, internal, regulatory and contractual requirements; Guarantee the training/information/consciousness-raising of workers and subcontractors and control of the respective documents according with the respective requirements; guarantee the SHEQ Reporting at contractual and project level.

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

• Occupational Hygiene and safety technician trainer certificate (preferential);
