Baker Hughes in Macaé invites applications for a Services Project Manager responsible for planning and coordinating service agreements with key clients. You will align scope, schedule and cost to ensure customer satisfaction and financial targets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee activities related to project management: scope, time, cost and quality.
• Develop the department's operational year plan and drive improvements.

• Collaborate with business unit teams to define needs and present outcomes.
• Manage standardized project processes using established contracts and frameworks.
• Control costs and ensure on-time delivery; propose preventive maintenance actions.

Located in Macaé, the Services Project Manager will be responsible for managing, planning and coordinating project activities related to our services agreements with our main clients, aiming to meet the schedule plan while adhering to financial and commercial parameters, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also develop the operational year plan for the department's own activities, suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures, ultimately contributing to the planning of the larger unit.

As the Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all activities related to supervising, organizing, and executing project management, including scope, time, cost, and quality management.
• Contributing to the development of an operational year plan.
• Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
• Working closely with internal customers Field Engineers and Service Manager to coordinate project requirements and schedule aligned with operating plan targets.
• Working together with people from the business unit. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach, and presents outcomes.
• Managing standardized project processes and operates based on predefined contracts and frameworks, providing guidelines for selecting appropriate actions.
• Costing control and on-time delivery.
• Recommending preventive maintenance plans and corrective action to ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition.
• Training, supervising, and managing employees’ activities following Baker Hughes practices.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the subsea service project environment.
• Have the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple projects and priorities.
• Have the ability to interact and coordinate actions with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high-complexity project outcomes.
• Have strong influencing skills and assertive communication.
• Have proficiency in the English language.
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
