Job description

Overview

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Engineer based in LATAM or Canada with strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and platform performance while supporting business-critical service operations. You’ll work across technical and functional areas to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, contributing to platform reliability and continuous improvement. Experience with Employee Center Pro and employee experience portals is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM workflows, automations, and platform capabilities
• Build and optimize solutions using Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, and platform performance tuning
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational stability
• Implement and maintain HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, including HR Case Management and lifecycle events
• Configure and manage scoped HR applications and privacy/security controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
• Ensure platform best practices, security, and maintainability are followed
