We are currently seeking an Engagement Manager responsible for delivering solutions that meet client needs and fostering positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects across AMS, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Build strong customer relationships and lead customer meetings.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget.
- Handle deployment records and resource forecasts.
- Document lessons learned and capture case study data.
- Manage client escalations and risks.
- Identify resource needs and prioritize work with customers.
- Ensure understanding of delivery methodology.
- Keep stakeholders informed and send executive summary reports.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer processes.
- Facilitate sales to delivery process.
- Transform deliverables into actionable plans.
- Manage project schedules with the services team.
- Ensure projects follow the assigned methodology.
- Collaborate on workshop sessions.
- Update resource plans.
- Coordinate pre and post go-live activities.
Necessary Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in general consulting, service management, project management, and ServiceNow projects.
- ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification and Scrum Master Certification are desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency.
