We are currently seeking an Engagement Manager responsible for delivering solutions that meet client needs and fostering positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage projects across AMS, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  2. Build strong customer relationships and lead customer meetings.
  3. Manage scope, schedule, and budget.
  4. Handle deployment records and resource forecasts.
  5. Document lessons learned and capture case study data.
  6. Manage client escalations and risks.
  7. Identify resource needs and prioritize work with customers.
  8. Ensure understanding of delivery methodology.
  9. Keep stakeholders informed and send executive summary reports.
  10. Coordinate knowledge transfer processes.
  11. Facilitate sales to delivery process.
  12. Transform deliverables into actionable plans.
  13. Manage project schedules with the services team.
  14. Ensure projects follow the assigned methodology.
  15. Collaborate on workshop sessions.
  16. Update resource plans.
  17. Coordinate pre and post go-live activities.
Necessary Skills and Experience
  1. Bachelor’s in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in general consulting, service management, project management, and ServiceNow projects.
  3. ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification and Scrum Master Certification are desirable.
  4. Advanced English proficiency.
