In this role, you will be responsible for invoicing and closing the completed jobs (VSO). During the process, you will promote the core values of Radio Holland.

You will contribute to operations by ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to our customers. The role sits within Deepsea Service Support which consists of the global team of invoice experts and reports to Global Service Support Manager.

What You Will Do

What does success look like?

As a successful Service Support Officer, the department will expect to see the invoicing to be completed per our standard KPIs, but by adding this additional role in Brazil, we will be seeing a reduction in past invoicing counts that will bring the team current.
