SAP SE in Brazil is seeking a Service Architect for SAP Global Cloud Operations within Enterprise Cloud Services. You will act as the named SAP engineer for large EOS customers in the region, addressing architecture topics and challenges throughout the customer lifecycle.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, CS, or Business Admin, and strong skills in customer communications, project management, and presentations.

What you’ll do

• Act as named SAP engineer for large and strategic EOS customers in the region, addressing architecture related topics and challenges throughout the customer lifecycle
• Interact with Pre-Sales and Sales on deal requirements (customer focused solution design)
• Support ECS Delivery and ECS Customer Delivery Engagement in critical customer situations and projects
• Engineering and prototyping of new services as part of the ECS CTO innovation and engineering process

What you bring

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration
• High proficiency in customer communications, project management and presentations
• High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.
• Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies etc.)
• Good understanding of ITIL based operational aspects (Application or Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud environment.
• Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS, MS Azure or GCP)
• Willingness to travel customer related.
• Fluent English is a must. Other languages are beneficial.
