BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to own ongoing Workday configuration across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday setups.

The role emphasizes training teams, handling annual merit cycles and open enrollment, and delivering dashboards and reports. This is a fully remote, global position offering USD compensation and a vibrant growth environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with Workday HCM configuration and enhancements across HR domains.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Experience building reports via Workday Report Writer and creating dashboards.
• Experience with Workday security administration and business process configuration.
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Senior Workday HCM Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own ongoing Workday configuration, enhancements, and annual events such as merit cycles and open enrollment across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. Working directly with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders, you'll translate real business requirements into Workday configuration that actually works. What You'll Do

• Own ongoing Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.

• Train cross-functional teams on Workday, explaining technical concepts in plain language.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM.
• Strong experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and custom dashboards.
• Experience with Workday security administration and business process configuration.
• Experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
