The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive treasury, strong data analysis skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and a working knowledge of English for international interaction.

Qualificações

• Experience in treasury roles within automotive manufacturing or similar industries.
• Proven ability to manage cash flow, liquidity, and short-term investments.
• Knowledge of banking relationships and debt instruments.
• Ability to analyze financial data and support strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with ERP financial modules and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash inflows and outflows, ensuring adequate liquidity for company operations;
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating credit terms and services;
• Control financing and debt operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations;
• Evaluate short-term investment opportunities to optimize profitability and security;
• Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and liquidity;
• Prepare treasury reports and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive manufacturer, with knowledge of industry-specific financial practices;
• Solid background in corporate treasury, including cash management, debt, and investments;
• Basic conversational English, essential for interaction with international stakeholders;
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions;
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management tools;
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, contributing to strategic projects.
