Jobtailor is seeking a Training & Development professional to drive organizational change through designed learning paths and tailored programs. You will craft digital and in-person training for IT-related transformations and work with HR and project teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

The role focuses on creating engaging learning content, assessing training outcomes, and delivering across regional offices, with travel required for rounds of on-site delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience in Training & Development with Organizational Change Management.
• Experience designing online learning paths and in-person training.
• Willingness to travel outside São Paulo with ~15 days per trip.
• Academic background in related field (completed or in progress).

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver T&D programs for organizational change projects, including e-learning.
• Create training guides, manuals, videos, and digital content aligned with company identity.
• Collaborate with HR, Internal Communications and Project teams for alignment of T&D activities.
• Measure training effectiveness indicators and pursue continuous improvement.

• Responsible for designing, implementing and delivering Training & Development actions focused on organizational changes.
• A key member of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, ensuring teams are prepared and engaged with internal transformations (new systems, processes, culture). Responsible for designing learning pathways, structuring training programs and driving strategic, tailored training communication for different departments and regional offices, all focused on IT (information technology).
• Develop step-by-step training guides/catalogs for the requester (IT).
• ACTIVITIES: Change communications, training and development focused on organizational changes, online learning paths among other training activities.
• Develop and deliver training and development programs (in-person and online) for organizational change projects. Create and run digital learning pathways (e-learning) to upskill employees on new platforms, systems and processes.
• Create supporting materials (presentations, manuals, videos, digital content) aligned with the company identity and the needs of each project.
• Work in partnership with HR, Internal Communications and Project teams to ensure alignment of T&D activities.
• Measure and monitor training effectiveness indicators, proposing continuous improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings and development sessions aimed at engaging teams in the transformation journey.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for training topics related to process and operational changes.
• Manage requests and deadlines autonomously, with energy and a strategic outlook.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Training & Development focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM) is a strong differential.
• Experience designing and delivering online learning paths (LMS, digital platforms) and in-person training when required.
• Knowledge of learning and development methodologies.
• Full availability to travel outside the state of São Paulo, with average on-site stays of approximately 15 days.
• Academic background — degree completed or in progress in fields related to the role.
