A leading data and AI company is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer to provide support for their platform. This hybrid role involves troubleshooting complex issues, advocating for customer needs, and enhancing technical expertise. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and will thrive in a collaborative environment.
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will provide technical support for Databricks Platform-related issues and resolve challenges involving the Databricks unified analytics platform. You will assist customers in their Databricks journey, providing guidance and knowledge to help them achieve value and meet their strategic goals using our products. You will address questions ranging from basic technical inquiries to complex architectural scenarios across the Big Data ecosystem. You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Solutions. This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office weekly.
