About the role: Properly understand and support Oracle Retail Platform and business processes, ensuring they are followed efficiently from an IT perspective. Provide 2^nd level support on Retail POS (Oracle Xstore v23), and Mobile (MyBoutiqueApp) solutions for end-users.

Responsibilities:

1. Support issues faced by Retail Business with POS, ERP, and Mobile solutions, and create action plans.
2. Provide ongoing training to Retail end-users on processes and new features.
3. Collaborate with external support partners to ensure effective support and address recurring issues.
4. Validate IT proposals with Retail Business to meet their requirements.
5. Test improvements, new features, and customizations to ensure system functionality.
6. Follow up post-implementation for adjustments or support requests.
7. Document processes and maintain a knowledge base.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

1. Fluent in English
2. Deep understanding of Retail Processes
3. Good knowledge of Oracle Xstore v23 (technical and functional)
4. Knowledge of Oracle DB and MSSQL
5. Effective teaching and presentation skills

Academic Education: Degree in IT Systems or Administration.
