Qualificações

• 3-5 anos de experiência com Sistemas de POS Oracle Retail.
• Participação em todos os processos de varejo regulares em uma boutique.

Responsabilidades

• Apoiar e entender problemas enfrentados pelos negócios de varejo com o POS existente.
• Fornecer treinamento contínuo para usuários finais de varejo sobre novos processos e melhorias.

About the role:

Properly understand and support Oracle Retail Platform and business processes and ensure that they are being followed in the most efficient way from an IT standpoint. Ensure customers will have the best experience as far as the Oracle Retail System is concerned. Provide 2nd level support on Retail POS (Oracle Xstore v23), and Mobile (MyBoutiqueApp – ongoing project) solutions on Retail Processes for end-users.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and support issues faced by Retail Business with the existing POS (Oracle Xstore v23), ERP and Mobile (MyBoutiqueApp – ongoing project) on Retail Processes for end-users and create action plans to solve them.
2. Provide continuous training for Retail end-users to review existing processes and update users with new features or IT processes changes/improvements.
3. Work closely with the external support partner to ensure they have all the knowledge/capabilities to provide efficient support and solve the issues reported in general. Identify recurring issues reported to address possible gaps in terms of training or possible improvements to be implemented by IT.
4. Validate the proposals created by IT with Retail Business, ensuring that the processes will be in accordance with what Business requires.
5. Test the improvements/new features/customization developed by IT and its partners to ensure the proper functioning of POS and ERP systems on Retail processes.
6. Follow up with the post-implementation of improvements, providing internal adjustments/corrections or requesting IT support.
7. Properly document and file all the processes, targeting a knowledge base construction and keeping the operation history for the company.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

1. Fluent in English
2. Deep knowledge of Retail Processes
3. Good Knowledge of Oracle Xstore v23 – technical and functional
4. Good Knowledge of Oracle DB and MSSQL.
5. Teaching methodology (for training)
6. Presentation skills

Academic Education:

Graduation: IT Systems, Administration.

Experience:

3-5 years with Oracle Retail POS Systems (user perspective) and participation in all regular Retail Processes in a Boutique.
