About the Company

Lift Ventures, a remote-first startup studio whose portfolio of businesses has reached over 250 million consumers to date, is seeking a seasoned and talented Growth Marketing Analyst for SuperSummary, our fast-growing EdTech business. SuperSummary is a subscription-based website and mobile app offering a library of professionally written Study Guides and other educational tools and resources on thousands of books for students, teachers, and readers of all types.

About the Job

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team and supercharge our customer acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact role for a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives on testing, learning, and iterating in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll work across paid, organic, and grassroots channels, constantly testing new tactics, leveraging AI tools, and helping us uncover the next breakthrough growth opportunity. Your mission: expand our team’s capacity to discover and scale successful new customer acquisition channels and optimize our existing channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels—paid, organic, social, and grassroots.

  • Design A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning agendas.

  • Analyze campaign performance and use data to guide strategy and optimization.

  • Use AI and automation tools to improve workflows, optimize campaigns, and surface insights.

  • Partner with the Product and Business Operations teams to drive qualified traffic and measure channel ROI and cross-channel performance.

  • Continuously improve our growth engine through creative iteration and calculated risk-taking.

  • Optimize our SEO and GEO footprints and maintain our position in a changing search landscape.

Sample Projects

  • Improve ROAS on Google Ads through systematic experimentation and strategy refinement

  • Identify at least 3 promising new acquisition channels and design/execute experiments to evaluate viability

  • Optimize our onboarding email sequence by testing messaging, timing, and feature education to improve free-to-paid conversion rates


Who You Are

  • You’re data-driven at your core—you rely on analytics to shape strategy and uncover what’s working.

  • You’ve helped scale companies by running marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • You’re comfortable designing and running A/B tests (or other experiments) to drive continuous improvement.

  • Experienced with paid media, social campaigns, and community-driven growth.

  • Naturally curious and experimental—you’re constantly trying new approaches.

  • A creative risk-taker who balances intuition with data.

  • Comfortable with emerging technologies, including AI tools, and quick to adopt and adapt them.

  • Outcome-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and excited to move fast (and learn faster).

Nice to Have

  • Experience analyzing SEO performance using crawl data, Google Analytics, and/or SEO tools and developing SEO and content strategies to increase engagement.

  • Experience with paid channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  • Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, or Ahrefs.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and lifecycle marketing is a plus.

  • Comfort with basic SQL or querying data to support marketing insights.
