Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an experienced Technical Consultant to lead architectural paths for enterprise partners and co-create scalable solutions. You will own the technical lifecycle, manage feature rollouts, and drive integrations with senior stakeholders across product and engineering.

You will leverage SQL and Python to aggregate data, translate partner feedback into precise specs, and guide executive conversations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (e.g., TAM, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture).
• Some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
• Strong multilingual fluency: English, Portuguese, Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical consultant for enterprise partners and architect technical paths to success.
• Co-create new products and validate and optimize technical solutions with top partners.
• Own the technical lifecycle of partnerships, including feature rollouts and integration timelines.
• Lead deep-dive root-cause analysis and proactively resolve integration blockers.
• Use SQL and Python to aggregate and visualize datasets and translate data into technical narratives supporting partner KPIs.
• Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams.
• Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts.
• Lead executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and drive account health.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Tech departments as technical gatekeeper and advocate for enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS, such as TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
• Some exposure to the mobile ecosystem
• Professional fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
• Proven experience directly managing key enterprise accounts and senior client stakeholders
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into technical specifications
• Ability to discuss SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with senior product stakeholders
• Experience debugging HTML/JavaScript
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization
• Extensive experience with analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana
• Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with SDK integration debugging expertise is a huge plus
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product teams in high-pressure environments
• Experience with software development is nice to have
