Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, modular systems that reduce technical debt and accommodate future needs.
• Maintain clean, well-documented code and conduct peer reviews.
• Identify opportunities to create reusable components, libraries, and tools to boost team productivity.
• Lead feature development from planning through deployment, meeting SLAs and sprint goals.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to rendering, API calls, and state management.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers, designers, and product managers to refine requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers via code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops.

Required Expertise

• At least 4 years of experience in front-end software development.
• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Optional familiarity with Ruby or Ruby on Rails, especially for full-stack roles.
• Strong understanding of architectural best practices, including modular design, loose coupling, and reusability.
• Proven mentorship skills, ability to drive technical decisions, and experience scaling frameworks.
• Experience with test-driven development (unit, integration, performance) and security-focused coding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in fast-paced environments.
