Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable, modular systems that reduce technical debt and support future use cases.
2. Maintain clean, well-documented code standards and conduct peer reviews.
3. Identify opportunities to create reusable components, libraries, and tools to boost team productivity.
4. Lead feature development from planning through deployment, ensuring compliance with SLAs and sprint objectives.
5. Diagnose and resolve issues related to rendering, API calls, and state management.
6. Collaborate with back-end engineers, designers, and product managers to refine requirements and deliverables.
7. Mentor junior engineers via code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops.

Required Skills and Experience

1. 4+ years of front-end software development experience.
2. Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
3. Familiarity with Ruby (beneficial for full-stack or Ruby on Rails work).
4. Strong knowledge of architectural best practices, including modular design and reusable components.
5. Proven mentorship and technical decision-making abilities.
