Jobtailor is seeking an experienced iOS technical leader to guide end-to-end mobile initiatives in a fast-growing environment. You will promote iOS standards, mentor engineers, and drive improvements in performance, security, and scalability for products used by millions daily.

Ideal candidates bring strong Swift expertise, solid mobile architecture skills (MVVM/ Clean Architecture), and experience with automated testing and crash monitoring. Global scale experience is a plus.

• Provide technical leadership across end-to-end mobile initiatives, from conception through production delivery
• Define and promote technical standards and best practices for the iOS team
• Drive continuous improvements in application performance, stability, and scalability
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, contributing to the team's technical growth
• Influence architectural decisions and raise the product's quality and security standards
• Contribute to the evolution of the mobile experience for products used daily by millions of people

Requirements

• Strong experience in native iOS development with Swift, including a track record of making architectural decisions
• Strong command of mobile architecture, including modularization, Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar approaches
• Hands-on experience optimizing mobile application performance
• Knowledge of mobile observability, including crash reporting, monitoring, and metrics
• Strong experience with automated testing, including unit and integration testing, and ideally E2E testing
• Knowledge of mobile security practices, including sensitive data protection and secure communication
• Experience with Flutter and/or Kotlin/Android is a plus
• Experience with modular architectures in large-scale projects is a plus
• Experience with Offline First is a plus
• Experience working on high-scale global applications serving multiple countries and millions of users is a plus
