• 15+ years of experience in Banking Technology, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead core banking transformation and platform modernization using Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and drive solution design.
• Manage wealth management workflows, including investment advisory, portfolio management, order placement, and trade execution.
• Deliver digital solutions for CRM, Client 360, client reporting and corporate actions.
• Drive data migration, system integration and end-to-end implementation of banking applications.
• Manage UAT, SIT, defect tracking, and production go-live support.
• Lead Agile delivery through backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Drive process automation, business process re-engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Ownerwith 15+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Banking Technology Transformation. The candidate will drive core banking modernization, digital transformation, system integration, and end-to-end delivery of banking technology projects across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core banking transformation and platform modernization using Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and drive solution design.
• Manage wealth management workflows, including investment advisory, portfolio management, order placement, and trade execution.
• Deliver digital solutions for Client Relationship Management (CRM), Client 360, client reporting, and corporate actions.
• Drive data migration, system integration, and end-to-end implementation of banking applications.
• Manage UAT, SIT, defect tracking, and production go-live support.
• Lead Agile delivery through backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Drive process automation, business process re-engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Banking Technology, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
• Strong expertise in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Custody Services.
• Functional expertise in Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Lifecycle Management, Corporate Actions, Securities Settlement, and Client Portfolio Management.
• Experience in core banking modernization, data migration, and digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in business requirements analysis, functional solution design, UAT, and implementation.
• Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, product ownership, and delivery governance.
