You will lead modernization, digital transformation, data migration, and end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams in business, technology, and operations. Temenos Transact, TAP, and TDS expertise is required.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience in Banking Consulting, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong expertise in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Custody Operations.
• Functional knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS.
• Experience in core banking transformation, data migration, and platform upgrades.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional consulting engagements for Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Custody Services.
• Provide domain expertise in Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS for core banking transformation.
• Analyze requirements and design functional solutions for Client Reporting, Onboarding, Portfolio Management, CRM.
• Drive business process re-engineering and digital transformation across banking operations.
• Manage requirements for Trade Lifecycle, Corporate Actions, Securities Settlement, Client Portfolio Migrations.
• Lead data migration, system integration, UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Develop business process maps, functional specs, user stories, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with global business, technology, operations, and change teams.
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement and platform modernization initiatives.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 15+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Banking Technology Transformation. The candidate will provide functional consulting expertise in core banking modernization, digital transformation, business process optimization, and end-to-end delivery of strategic banking initiatives across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional consulting engagements for Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Custody Services.
• Provide domain expertise in Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS for core banking transformation projects.
• Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions for Client Reporting, Client Onboarding, Portfolio Management, and CRM.
• Drive business process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives across banking operations.
• Manage functional requirements for Trade Lifecycle Management, Corporate Actions, Securities Settlement, and Client Portfolio Migrations.
• Lead data migration, system integration, UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support activities.
• Develop business process maps, functional specifications, user stories, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with global business, technology, operations, and change management teams.
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and banking platform modernization initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Banking Consulting, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong expertise in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Custody Operations.
• Functional knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS.
• Strong understanding of Trade Processing, Corporate Actions, Securities Settlement, and Portfolio Management.
• Experience in core banking transformation, digitalization, data migration, and platform upgrades.
• Expertise in requirements analysis, functional solution design, UAT, and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and delivery management skills.
• Experience working with global banking teams across multiple international markets.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TCS BaNCS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Murex, Sophis, and MOXO.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, reconciliation systems, SQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to global banking operating models and transformation programs.
