Swile is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Payments Platform team. You will design, build, and operate backend services handling accounts, wallets, balances, and payment workflows. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with Brazil/France teams, and delivering scalable solutions in a Ruby-based stack.

You will drive reliability, observability, and security while mentoring peers and guiding architectural decisions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualificações

• Significant experience building and operating backend systems in production.
• Strong understanding of software design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Fluent/Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
