Mitel Networks in Curitiba, Brazil, is seeking an experienced Software Engineer for test automation in a polyglot systems role. You will design, develop, and scale the in-house platform that runs load and functional tests for real-time communication and VoIP systems, spanning Java services to C/C++ media components.

The role requires 4+ years in software development, strong Java concurrency, Linux expertise, Docker, CI/CD experience, and fluent English.

• 4+ years of software development with strong Java (concurrency, multithreading, performance).

He (she) will own features end-to-end, work across the stack — from Java services down to C/C++ media components and Linux networking — and help scale tests that simulate thousands of concurrent users and calls.This is a **polyglot systems role**.
