Mitel is offering a Support and Solution Development Internship in Curitiba, Brazil. You will work closely with GTS and PTS analysts and software developers to provide technical support and develop high quality solutions for customer environments leveraging Mitel products and test automation tools.

You will also participate in documentation, design discussions, and code reviews while learning new technologies under experienced mentors.

Qualificações

• Target enrollment: graduating in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (1+ years to graduate).
• Basic IT knowledge or programming in at least one language listed in tools.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and develop high quality solutions with guidance from experienced engineers.
• Assist in reproducing customer issues, offering solutions and code reviews.
• Contribute to technical documentation and implementation notes.
• Explore software and AI concepts to develop innovative products.

Support and Solution Development Internship

Internships will be working closely with GTS and PTS analysts and, or, SW developers. Provide technical support involving solutions for Customer environments or deployments, Mitel products or Test Automation tools or test scripts. Support GTS or PTS analysts and, or, developers in their activities, including/involving infrastructure, quality assurance and support. Enthusiasm for learning/implementing new technologies is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and, or, (if requested) develop high quality solutions based on acquired skills and technical guidance from experienced engineers.
• Contribute to reproduce Customer issues, provide solutions, design discussions, quality assurance, and code reviews.
• Contribute to documentation (technical design, implementation notes).
• Explore SW and/or Artificial Intelligence concepts to develop innovative products.
• Embrace mentorship from engineers and analysts to continuously grow technical skills.

Requirements

• Graduating in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (1+ years to graduate).
• Basic IT knowledge or Basic programming knowledge in at least one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Android SDK/NDK Operating System, Kotlin/Java/Android Studio environment, Go, C or C++, Java or Groovy, NodeJS, Rust.
• Advanced English.
