Mitel Networks in Curitiba, Brazil is seeking a junior software engineer to provide technical support for customer deployments and Mitel products. You will assist in test automation and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

You will work with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other languages, while leveraging English proficiency to communicate with international colleagues. The role includes mentorship and opportunities to explore AI concepts.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS or CE with at least 1 year left.
• Basic IT knowledge or programming knowledge in listed languages.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for customer environments or deployments, Mitel products or test automation tools.
• Assist GTS or PTS analysts and developers, including infrastructure, QA and support.
• Contribute to documentation (technical design, implementation notes).
• Explore software and AI concepts to develop innovative products.
• Embrace mentorship from engineers to grow technical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support involving solutions for Customer environments or deployments, Mitel products or Test Automation tools or test scripts. Support GTS or PTS analysts and, or, developers in their activities, including/involving infrastructure, quality assurance and support.

• Provide technical support and, or, (if requested) develop high quality solutions based on acquired skills and technical guidance from experienced engineers.
• Contribute to reproduce Customer issues, provide solutions, design discussions, quality assurance, and code reviews.
• Contribute to documentation (technical design, implementation notes).
• Explore SW and/or Artificial Intelligence concepts to develop innovative products.
• Embrace mentorship from engineers and analysts to continuously grow technical skills.

Requirements

• Graduating in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (1+ years to graduate).
• Basic IT knowledge or Basic programming knowledge in at least one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Android SDK/NDK Operating System, Kotlin/Java/Android Studio environment, Go, C or C++, Java or Groovy, NodeJS, Rust.
• Advanced English.
