Job summary

Ball Corporation in São José dos Campos, Brazil, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our hybrid IT team. You will design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions and integrations, collaborating with global colleagues to deliver reliable platform upgrades and enhancements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong knowledge of ITSM/SPM/HRSD, APIs, and REST/SOAP integrations, and excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ITSM, SPM, HRSD, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, REST services, and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
• Build and support capabilities across ITSM, SPM, HRSD, CMDB, Knowledge Management, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and participate in platform upgrades, releases, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, development standards, mentoring, and governance best practices.
• Create and support integrations with enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SAP, CyberArk, Microsoft 365, and other third-party solutions.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub Spokes, and automation workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge articles.

Additional Information
