Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Support Engineer with strong expertise in SAP GRC NF-e, ABAP development, and SAP system integrations to support complex enterprise SAP environments.

This position focuses on the investigation and resolution of technical and functional issues, application maintenance, and development of corrective solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

The ideal candidate combines advanced ABAP development skills with hands‑on experience supporting SAP GRC NF-e, integration technologies, and business processes involving SAP SD and MM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical support for SAP ECC and S/4HANA applications, particularly SAP GRC NF-e.
• Investigate and resolve complex application incidents, integration failures, and technical issues affecting business operations.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance ABAP applications, including Object‑Oriented ABAP (ABAP OO).
• Maintain and troubleshoot integration interfaces using SAP PI/PO and ABAP Proxies.
• Develop and support Web Dynpro ABAP applications.
• Analyze application behavior, SAP tables, data structures, and integration processes to identify root causes.
• Implement corrective changes and enhancements while following SAP development standards and best practices.
• Support SAP custom developments, extensions, and integration components.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand issues and define appropriate solutions.
• Document technical findings, implemented fixes, and support procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in SAP application development, maintenance, and technical support.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP GRC NF-e, including configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Advanced ABAP development skills, including ABAP OO, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Practical experience developing and supporting SAP PI interfaces using ABAP Proxies.
• Experience developing and maintaining Web Dynpro ABAP applications.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Good understanding of SAP SD and MM business processes and their technical integration points.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues involving multiple SAP components and interfaces.
• Knowledge of SAP data structures, standard enhancement techniques, and application customization.
• Experience participating in SAP implementation, maintenance, or upgrade initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in complex production environments.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
