Dexian Brazil is seeking an experienced Salesforce integration specialist to support a global client in the agriculture sector. You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with SAP, using Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP APIs in an Agile environment.

You will work with international teams, ensure data integrity across Customers, Accounts, Orders, and Products, and drive middleware integrations using SAP CPI, MuleSoft, or Boomi.

Qualificações

• Advanced English and international teamwork.
• 5+ years Salesforce development experience with Apex/LWC.
• 2+ years Salesforce-SAP integrations.
• Experience SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration.
• Strong REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, web services.
• Knowledge of IDoc, RFC integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware platforms (SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi).

About the Client

This position will support one of our clients, a global company operating in the agriculture and fertilizer industry, providing essential solutions for crop nutrition across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce-SAP integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Integrate business data including Customers, Accounts, Orders, Products, and Pricing between Salesforce and SAP.
• Design and implement data transformation, synchronization, authentication, and error-handling processes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, data synchronization failures, API errors, and production incidents.
• Perform testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and production support activities.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce, SAP, integration, and business teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to integration standards, development best practices, and scalable enterprise solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced English is essential, as you will work with an international team.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce-SAP integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of IDoc, OData, BAPI, and RFC integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of authentication, data transformation, error handling, and integration monitoring.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and production support.
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Haves

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce and SAP transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and DevOps practices.
• Experience with integration monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional global teams.
