IFF is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA transformation expert to design and deliver manufacturing and operations solutions across global sites. You will partner with business leaders to define future-state processes, ensure data quality, and enable end-to-end integration with MES and automation teams.

The role requires extensive SAP S/4HANA experience in manufacturing, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive standardization across sites.

Qualificações

• At least 10 years of SAP experience with deep expertise in manufacturing and operations processes.
• Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing execution, inventory management, quality management, and supply chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with MES, automation, and process control environments.
• Experience integrating manufacturing systems with SAP environments and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile project delivery environments.

Job Summary

In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations as part of our SAP S/4HANA transformation journey. You will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders, manufacturing sites, Information Technology teams, and external partners, translating business needs into scalable solutions. The role is based in Brazil or Finland and follows a hybrid work model, with three to four days per week in the office. This is a temporary, fixed-term position supporting a major SAP transformation initiative. Be part of a motivated, collaborative, and open-minded team where together we can make a meaningful impact.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Lead business process design, harmonization, and continuous improvement for manufacturing and operations within SAP S/4HANA. Partner with business leaders to define future-state process models, business requirements, and scalable system solutions. Collaborate with the SAP team to prepare the existing SAP landscape by streamlining processes and improving data quality ahead of the transformation. Support SAP S/4HANA deployment activities, including solution design, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare. Partner with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and automation teams to enable effective end-to-end integration with SAP. Drive process standardization, governance, compliance, and adoption across global manufacturing sites. Lead workshops and process assessments with business stakeholders, Information Technology teams, and external partners. Manage process documentation, business requirements, testing strategies, training materials, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor business and Information Technology resources and provide leadership across project workstreams.

What Makes You the Right Fit

At least 10 years of SAP experience, with deep expertise in manufacturing and operations processes and the SAP functional modules that support them. Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or large-scale transformation programs in global manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing execution, inventory management, quality management, and supply chain processes. Hands‑on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), automation, and process control environments. Experience integrating manufacturing systems and shop‑floor technologies with SAP environments. Previous experience as a team lead, functional lead, or people manager, with the ability to guide cross‑functional workstreams. Strong business process management, stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, documentation, testing, and change management capabilities. Experience working within Agile project delivery environments. Ability to work in a hybrid model in Brazil or Finland and travel internationally on a limited basis.
