IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The Taubaté-based role sits in the Taste Business Unit and is hybrid, focusing on ensuring timely materials and production alignment.

You will partner with regional planners and procurement, manage production schedules, and drive continuous improvement to support customer commitments and operational excellence. This position offers collaboration across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and Customer Service

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, production planning, or logistics operations.
  • Understanding of manufacturing environments and production planning processes.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and material requirements planning principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure timely availability of raw materials to support uninterrupted production operations.
  • Act as the primary local supply chain contact, translating plant requirements, priorities, and special needs to Regional Supply Chain Planners.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules that support customer commitments and operational requirements.
  • Mitigate raw material shortages resulting from inventory write-offs, quality rejections, or unexpected supply disruptions.
  • Collaborate with Regional Supply Chain Planners and Global Procurement to identify alternative sourcing solutions when needed.
  • Coordinate inbound material activities, including shipment follow-up and documentation management.
  • Manage the physical component of the pre-shipment sample process, partnering with Warehouse and Quality teams to ensure timely execution and follow-up.
  • Support accurate material management activities, including material movements, labeling compliance, and inventory master data updates.
  • Communicate supply risks, demand changes, new opportunities, and finished goods impacts to relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency, operational performance, and process effectiveness.

Where You'll Make a Difference
