IFF Brazil is seeking an experienced Senior Global Procurement professional to translate sourcing activities and market dynamics into measurable financial value. Based in Santana de Parnaíba, this hybrid role combines finance, category management and supplier economics to guide global Scent strategy.

You will develop financial models, monitor budgets, and report savings while collaborating with Finance, Category Managers and business units across regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• At least seven years of relevant experience in Procurement, Finance, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Finance or Procurement Excellence
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, productivity programs and business-case development
• Experience supporting multiple categories or regions within a global, matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, cost modeling, spend analysis and Total Cost of Ownership
• Strong financial acumen, including profit-and-loss analysis, financial modeling, return-on-investment analysis and savings validation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using Power BI to create dashboards, reports and data visualizations
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa or Ariba
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly, influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions, categories and regions in English

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement inputs for annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across global Scent categories and regions
• Develop category financial models, cost forecasts and spend outlooks that reflect market drivers, sourcing activities and business assumptions
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, risks, opportunities and mitigation actions
• Lead the governance, financial validation and reporting of procurement savings and productivity initiatives
• Partner with Finance and Category Managers to align savings methodologies, financial baselines, timing and profit-and-loss impact
• Build scorecards, dashboards and performance reviews by project, category, region and business unit
• Provide spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier economics, should-cost models and Total Cost of Ownership assessments
• Support category strategies and sourcing decisions through financial scenarios, business cases and analysis of commodity trends and cost drivers
• Standardize key performance indicators, forecasting practices and reporting while advancing automation and digital adoption across procurement finance processes

Job Summary

The role is based in Santana de Parnaíba, São Paulo, Brazil, and follows a hybrid working model with three days per week onsite. Join a strategic, collaborative and data-focused Global Procurement team that connects procurement decisions with financial outcomes. In this role, you will support the global Scent business by translating sourcing activities, market dynamics and category strategies into stronger forecasts, measurable value and clear business recommendations. You will work across Procurement, Finance, Category Management and business teams, supporting the procurement of synthetic raw materials, including chemicals, as well as natural and artificial fragrance ingredients.
