Job summary

Decision Group in Brazil is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO consultant to lead tax configuration, compliance, and reporting projects with a primary focus on Brazilian tax rules. The role includes supporting LATAM initiatives and collaborating with finance and IT teams.

Based in São Paulo, you will work on customer locations several days per week and coordinate with teams across LATAM regions, ensuring solutions align with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP implementation, with a strong focus on tax-related projects.
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations, processes and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with tax regulations in other LATAM countries (e.g., Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile) is highly desirable
• Good understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP
implementation and system-related projects, with a primary focus on Brazilian tax
configuration, compliance, and reporting.
The selected professional will support ongoing initiatives in Brazil and may also
contribute to broader Latin America (LATAM) projects.
