EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join our team in Brazil. The role focuses on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and aligns with lean warehouse operations across global projects.

You will design, configure, and implement end-to-end SAP EWM solutions, including inbound/outbound, yard and labor management, as well as integration with MM, SD, TM modules. Strong English required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of SAP EWM experience including full-cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes within SAP EWM.
• Ability to design and implement material flow strategies and integrate with warehouse automation.
• Experience with AS/RS, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English at B2 level or higher.

• Troubleshoot SAP EWM issues and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live hyper-care support.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, and TM for cross-module integration.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), coupled with a solid understanding of warehouse and logistics processes. This role requires the ability to design and execute efficient material flow solutions leveraging SAP EWM functionalities while aligning with the client's business goals and operational needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end warehouse management solutions that support lean and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement warehouse and logistics solutions using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their operational processes and translate them into SAP EWM configurations and workflows
• Lead or assist in end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, covering blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Define and develop material flow strategies, including warehouse automation integration such as conveyor systems, AS/RS, or other warehousing equipment
• Configure and customize SAP EWM functionalities, including Inbound/Outbound Processes, Yard Management, Labor Management, Physical Inventory, and Storage Control (POSC/EPSC)
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for SAP EWM-related errors and inconsistencies
• Ensure that SAP EWM configurations align with industry best practices and support Lean Warehouse Operations
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide hyper-care support after go-live to ensure smooth adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, and TM, to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), covering full-cycle implementations from blueprinting through go-live
• Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain business processes and their execution flows within SAP EWM
• Proven experience designing and deploying efficient material flow strategies in warehouse operations based on SAP EWM
• Proficiency in configuring core EWM functionalities, including Goods Receipt/Goods Issue Processes, Physical Inventory, Wave Management, Task Interleaving, Slotting/Rearrangement, and Warehouse Monitor
• Experience with warehouse automation integration, such as conveyor belts and automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS)
• Hands-on experience with Storage Types and Storage Bin Management, Order Management, and RF framework
• Knowledge of Advanced Shipping and Receiving (ASR) integration
• Familiarity with warehouse control systems (WCS) and SAP system integrations, including TM and ERP
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and supporting complex business scenarios
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Advanced English proficiency, at B2 level or above
