Qualificações

  • 5+ anos de experiência em engenharia de vendas, preferencialmente em gestão de energia.
  • Habilidade em usar HubSpot CRM para rastreamento e gestão de vendas.

The Sales team is the driving factor behind revenue at Tractian. We focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building even stronger relationships with our current accounts. What you'll do
As a Sales Engineer for Energy Trac at Tractian, your main objective will be to drive the sales of our innovative energy monitoring solutions. You will use your technical knowledge in energy management and IoT to engage with clients, demonstrate the capabilities of Energy Trac, and facilitate the entire sales process. Your expertise will be critical in managing client relationships using HubSpot CRM and ensuring that our solutions meet their energy efficiency and management needs.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with clients in the energy sector, offering tailored Energy Trac solutions.
  • Perform in-depth product demonstrations, emphasizing Energy Trac’s technical features and benefits.
  • Manage sales activities and client interactions using HubSpot CRM.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure product customization for specific client needs.
  • Stay updated on energy management trends and technological advancements.
  • Provide technical insights during sales negotiations and in response to client queries.
  • Collect and relay client feedback for product enhancements and market strategy adjustments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or related fields.
  • 5+ years experience in sales engineering, preferably in energy management or related sectors.
  • Solid understanding of energy monitoring technologies and IoT solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in a B2B setting.
  • Skilled in using HubSpot CRM for effective sales tracking and management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.
