What You'll Do

  1. Identify and engage with clients in the energy sector, offering tailored Energy Trac solutions.
  2. Perform in-depth product demonstrations, emphasizing Energy Trac’s technical features and benefits.
  3. Manage sales activities and client interactions using HubSpot CRM.
  4. Work closely with technical teams to ensure product customization for specific client needs.
  5. Stay updated on energy management trends and technological advancements.
  6. Provide technical insights during sales negotiations and in response to client queries.
  7. Collect and relay client feedback for product enhancements and market strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or related fields.
  2. 5+ years experience in sales engineering, preferably in energy management or related sectors.
  3. Solid understanding of energy monitoring technologies and IoT solutions.
  4. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in a B2B setting.
  5. Skilled in using HubSpot CRM for effective sales tracking and management.
  6. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  7. Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.

Bonus Points

  1. Experience with asset monitoring and maintenance technologies.
  2. Advanced technical or sales certifications.
  3. Fluent in English.
