Absen, a global leader in LED display solutions, is expanding its Brazil team and seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in the Brasília region. You will lead sales efforts, support channel partners, and cultivate relationships with potential clients and vendors to expand the customer base.

You will attend trade shows and events, prepare accurate quotations, and coordinate with the Customer Service team to fulfill DEMO requests and orders from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with AV/LED.
• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of resources.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales in market segmentation and be responsible for sales target;
• Support channel partners or distributors, Makes regular phone calls and emails to current customers to keep in touch with them, as well as contacting potential clients and vendors.
• Expand base and bring in new clients.
• Works with Customer Service department to help facilitate DEMO Requests.
• akes accurate sales calculations and sales quotations of current prices.
• Attends tradeshows, training, conferences, and events to promote the company, network, and bring in new clients.
• Follows up with clients on orders, payments and delivery. Track the process from start to finish.

Job requirements:

• Must have a Bachelors' degree, Engineering degree preferred.Preferred minimum 2 years' experience with AV/LED.
• Ability to relate to, and effectively communicate professionally with all levels of resources (i.E. Senior Management, colleagues, contingent workers, clients, vendors, etc.).
• Deep understanding of visual products (LED/LCD/Projector) is preferred;
• Have working experience in top Rental distributor enterprises or system integrator enterprises/Or Pro Audio、Video industry;
• Are self-motivated andclient-oriented, believe in Absen core value(honesty, gratitude, responsibility) and act accordingly.
